In this article, <strong><span style=\"color: #2289a3\">we have gathered the frequently asked questions we have received through our social media channels and answered them with official information provided by the Ministry of Health<\/span><\/strong>. Take note!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2289a3;\"><strong>Which conditions have been prioritized? <\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">Two mental health diagnoses and two neurodevelopmental conditions will be included as comorbidities:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">\u27a1\ufe0f Psychosis (including schizophrenia)<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f Bipolar disorder<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)<br \/>\n\u27a1\ufe0f Intellectual Developmental Disorder (IDD)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #2289a3;\">What is the vaccination process established for this group?<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">People with the four comorbidities mentioned above can receive their vaccine at the vaccination center closest to their home and are entitled to priority attention.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">If you are unable to go to your nearest vaccination center, you can request to receive the vaccine at home by calling the following numbers: 113 (MINSA) or 107 (EsSalud).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong style=\"color: #2289a3;\">What documents should I bring to the vaccination center?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">In addition to your DNI, you must present a certificate or document issued by entities such as CONADIS, EsSalud, or similar organizations, or a document signed by a psychiatrist or another medical specialist that certifies the specific diagnosis or condition. A medical prescription may also be presented, as long as it includes your name and, likewise, the specific diagnosis or condition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\" class=\"translation-block\">If you are going to receive your <strong><span style=\"color: #2289a3\">booster dose<\/span><\/strong>, do not forget to also bring your vaccination card proving that <span style=\"color: #2289a3\"><strong>five months have passed since you received your last dose<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #2289a3;\"><strong>Should I go with someone accompanying me?<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">You may go with someone accompanying you only if you consider it necessary.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><span style=\"color: #2289a3;\">What do Intellectual Developmental Disorders (IDD) include?<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">IDD refers to what was previously known as \u201cmental retardation\u201d or \u201cintellectual disability delay.\u201d The term was changed in the World Health Organization\u2019s manuals due to the stigmatizing and pathologizing nature of the previous label.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\"><strong><span style=\"color: #2289a3\">We will continue providing information and updating this article with more relevant details provided by official sources<\/span><\/strong>.
